We require that an estimate be done before a cleaning service is scheduled. This gives us a walk through were we can see the space and what needs to be cleaned. It also gives us the chance to communicate with the customer about their goals with the cleaning and pre determine guidelines, limitations and time limit.

Residential Cleaning Pricing Packages
At Kind Cleaners LLC, we offer a range of pricing packages tailored to meet the unique needs of our residential clients in Grand Junction, Colorado, and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide top-notch cleaning services at affordable rates.

Every cleaning is done by an hourly rate. There is a 2 hour minimum time. After the 2 hour minimum time is billed by quarter hour. If your location is over a 20 minute drive for us there is a $20 dollar trip charge applied. Over an hour drive is a $40 trip charge. Willing to drive up to two hours away from grand junction,co.
*We will not climb on ladders higher than 6' tall, which limits our cleaning to approximately 10'. We reserve the right to refuse to perform any services but will do our best to give you as much notice as we can.
